The information you provide to Gift Baskets Canada Drop Shipping is stored, offline, and secured by Gift Baskets Canada Drop Shipping.

All credit card transactions are processed online through Paypal, Bambora or Square world leaders in payment processing.


Shipping Policy-Fedex
Address Changes
Please send all address changes to us by email. If the order has already been processed, or the gift is on the route, there will be a $16.50 handling charge plus tax to make the necessary corrections. PLEASE CHECK ALL ADDRESSES CAREFULLY If for any reason, the gift is redirected, eg. the wrong address is given, the recipient moved, recipient requested delivery to a different address there will be a minimum $16.50 fee plus tax charged by our shipper which will then be charged to you.


Most deliveries are done via FedEx. Deliveries are made between approximately 9 am and 6 pm EST/EDT, Monday to Friday. FedEx does not allow time-specific deliveries (eg. by 1 pm). FedEx does not phone to arrange deliveries. If this is requested, it will be your responsibility to contact the receiver. Shipment times reflect business days. We will not be held responsible for delays due to weather or other acts of God.


Hospital/Retirement/Colleges/and the like
Gift Baskets Canada Drop Shipping will not be held responsible for baskets or gifts that have been delivered to shipping and receiving, but not forwarded to the patient/student/recipient by the accepting facility. We recommend shipping to the person’s home if at all possible.


Non Delivery/Re-Delivery
If the recipient is not home at the time of delivery and it is a house, the gift will be left in a shipping box on the porch. If delivery is to a business, a signature may be required but is not guaranteed. If you require a signature, please choose this option on the order page. We highly recommend you choose Indirect Signature for all orders going to apartments/condos to prevent courier from leaving package unattended. We are unable to provide refunds/replacements for unattended packages that are sent without a signature requirement, as Fedex does not insure them. After two attempts, the gift will be returned to us. There will be an additional shipping charge equal to the ACTUAL shipping charge, charged to us by FedEx, for all gifts returned to us. We will inform you immediately of further delivery instructions. An extra delivery charge will apply. If we do not hear back from you within 2 weeks of our contact, your gift/basket will be disposed of and no refund will be given.


Incorrect Address
If a basket is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by you, there will be an additional shipping charge equal to the ACTUAL shipping charge, charged to us by FedEx. We will contact you immediately for a correction, and the package will be re-shipped at the ACTUAL shipping fee. It is your responsibility to provide us with a complete and correct address, including a buzzer number, if applicable. Please check your addresses carefully! (Including a daytime phone number where the recipient can be reached is highly recommended.)


Delivery Tracking
As long as you provide us with a valid email address, you will receive tracking updates when 1) your gift has shipped 2) there is an issue with the delivery 3) your gift is delivered. Gift Baskets Canada Drop Shipping can track your order for you for a $5 tracking fee per item.


Shipping Policy-Canada Post
We use Canada Post for shipping to PO Box addresses, some remote addresses (zeros in postal code) and RR addresses within Canada. Deliveries are made between 9 am and 6 pm EST/EDT, approximately, Monday to Friday. Canada Post does not allow time-specific deliveries (eg. by 1 pm). Canada Post does not phone to arrange deliveries. Delivery times (eg. 2 days) are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipment times reflect business days. Shipping to remote locations in Canada may require more time and an increase in shipping costs, you will be contacted for approval if additional fees are necessary. We will not be held responsible for delays due to weather or other acts of God. If a package is returned to us, we will be charged for return shipping, this charge will be passed on to you and your credit card will be charged this amount. As long as you provide us with a valid email address, you will receive a tracking number for your order. Please go to www.canadapost.ca and enter this number to track your order.


All damage claims, discrepancies, and late delivery claims must be made within 5 business days of the gift being received. There will be No exceptions to this policy. If a gift arrives damaged or there is a discrepancy giftbasketscanadadropshipping.com will make every effort to resolve the issue in a timely manner and to your customer’s satisfaction. Credits and or refunds will be at the sole discretion of giftbasketscanadadropshipping.com and will only be issued if damaged gifts or discrepancies can be verified by the carrier. If your customer disposes of the gift before we can verify the damages/discrepancy we will not issue any refund. All claims must be issued in writing by email. Claims will not be accepted via the phone.


Lost/Non-Delivered Item
Canada Post and FedEx have a set process for lost/non-delivered items. The timeline for this is out of our control. giftbasketscanadadropshipping.com will follow the shipper’s procedures and responses for these items.


All shipments returned to us will incur a return delivery charge of the actual delivery fee charged to us by the shipper. This is standard practice by all courier companies. We have no control over this. Any goods returned to Gift Baskets Canada Drop Shipping without prior authorization will not be refunded. The shipping costs of unauthorized returns will not be refunded. All goods authorized for return by Gift Baskets Canada Drop Shipping must be in their original box and in their original condition. No credits or replacements will be processed until the returned merchandise is received by us. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.


Cancellation Policy
Single orders, which are canceled after they have been built are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Multiple orders which are canceled after they have been built are subject to a 50% restocking fee.
Due to the perishable nature of cookies, fudge, and popcorn these items are non-cancelable and non-refundable. Please ensure that someone will be available to receive your gift on the delivery date. We cannot be responsible for gifts that are damaged or spoiled due to any delivery issues.


Return Policy
As all of our products are food, we do not accept returns, except for damages.


Due to government regulations, all gifts and baskets shipped to the USA are non-returnable and non-refundable.


All orders cancelled after the credit card has been processed are subject to a $5.00 cancellation fee.


Due to their nature, all holiday baskets and gifts, unless damaged, are non-refundable. Shipping for these items is also non-refundable.


Credit Card Charges
It is the drop shippers responsibility to ensure that we have an up-to-date valid credit card on file at all times. Declined credit cards will result in order delays. In regards to the monthly fees, if your credit card is declined, you will have 3 days to rectify the situation or risk being removed from the program. You may choose to provide us with a second credit card number as a backup to avoid disruption of your membership in the program. In either case, a $10 service charge will be added to your total for declined credit cards.


If your credit card is declined for any reason, we will continue to try charging it until we hear from you and/or are provided with another method of payment.
At any time, should we be required to proceed further due to non-payment, all costs incurred will be added to your account and will be your responsiblity to pay.
We will not be held responsible for any bank or other fees incurred by you in the process of collecting the balances on your account.


We strive to be 100% accurate. In the event that there is a discrepancy between our wholesale price list and the order entries page, please contact us so that we can provide you with the correct cost and make the corrections to our website ASAP.


From time to time, product substitutions may be necessary dependent on current inventory on hand at time of ordering. Substitutions could also be made to accommodate extreme weather conditions (either too hot or too cold) to ship a particular food item. Substitutions are done at the discretion of the designer and are always of equal or greater value of that purchased and within the theme of the gift.
